Nicholl Wade Partner

Nicholl has practiced construction law since becoming licensed in 2015. She has represented public and private owners, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and design professionals. Her comprehensive understanding of the construction industry allows her to find efficient strategies to resolve disputes.

As a litigator, Nicholl is effective and tenacious. Additionally, she has extensive experience with risk assessment, lien and bond claims, project closeouts, and pre-litigation negotiations. Regardless of the type of dispute, project, or client, her end goal is the same—achieve the best result possible. Nicholl’s clients value her availability, commitment, innovation, and results-driven attitude.

Nicholl is an active member in the Austin community. She served on the Board of Adjustment for the City of Austin, hearing property owners’ requests for variances from local ordinances. She was also the Chair of the Austin Construction Law Section from 2022 to 2023.

In her personal time, Nicholl enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs. Nicholl is an avid reader and art enthusiast. She loves traveling and visiting her hometown in South Texas.
